30-Day Return Policy

The ShipStation Supplies Store offers a 30-day return policy on all merchandise.

Returns & Eligibility

Standard Items: You may return any unopened items or items in their original condition within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Scales: We accept returns on scales within 30 days of the order date, even if they have been opened or used, provided they have not been damaged.

Defective Items & Warranties

If you receive a defective item, ShipStation will honor the applicable warranty period if it extends beyond 30 days. For assistance with warranty claims or defective products, please contact our Support Team at supplies@shipstation.com.
