Tracking Your Order

Thank you for choosing the ShipStation Supplies Store! We’re getting your order ready for departure. Here’s what you can expect next:

• Tracking Notifications: Within approximately 24 hours, you will receive an email containing tracking information for each shipment in your order.

• A Note on Standard Mail: Please be aware that smaller quantities (such as 5-sheet packs of labels) ship via USPS First-Class Mail when ordered individually. While you will still receive a shipping notification for these items, they do not include a tracking number.

• Manage Your Orders: You can check your order status at any time by clicking the Account icon in the upper-right menu of the store. This dashboard provides a full history of your purchases and all available tracking details.
