What's In The Box
A printer, a scale, and labels — chosen to work with each other and with ShipStation before the box was ever sealed.

ShipStation Thermal Label Printer
Direct thermal, so there is no ink or toner to ever buy again. A 4x6" label printers in about a second, it connects over USB and ShipStation finds it on it's own, and the rear feed slot is built for the fan-fold stack in this box.

ONYX Products 70 lb Digital Postal Scale
A brushed stainless platform that handles parcels up to 70 lb. The backlit display has tare and hold, so you weight once and the number stays put while you build the label.

4×6" FanFold Shipping Labels (500 ct)
Smudge-proof direct thermal labels in the universal 4x6" carrier size. The fan-fold stack lies flat instead of curling off a roll, so labels peel and scan cleanly. Made in the USA and optimized for ShipStation.
Up and Running in Minutes
Unbox it
Everything arrives in one branded box; printer, scale, labels, and cables. There is no second order to place and nothing to source separately.
Start shipping
Load the fan-fold stack behind the printer, set your parcel on the scale, and hit print. First label out in minutes, not an afternoon.
One-Stop Support
When everything comes from ShipStation Supplies, our support team can troubleshoot your full setup, not just one piece.
Everything You Need, Nothing You Don't
Four reasons this is the setup we hand new shippers.
ShipStation Certified
Every component tested for plug-and-play compatibility, no guesswork on drivers or cables.
No Ink. No Toner. Ever.
Direct thermal printing means labels are the only consumable you will ever reorder.
Stop Overpaying Postage
Weigh every parcel properly and carriers stop billing you adjustments for guessed weights.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a ShipStation subscription to use this?
No. The hardware is yours and works with any shipping software that prints a 4×6" label — Stamps.com, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and more. It is built and tested for ShipStation first, so setup there is the fastest, but a subscription is not required to use anything in this box.
Is the printer really plug-and-play?
Yes. Connect the USB cable and ShipStation recognizes the printer, then sets your label format to 4×6" automatically. Most customers print their first label within about ten minutes of opening the box. A quick-start guide is included, and free onboarding help is available if you want someone on the phone while you set up.
What happens when I run out of the 500 labels?
Reorder the same stack as SKU FANFOLDLABEL500, or step up to the 2,000 or 4,000 count packs as your volume grows. You can also put labels on a subscription so a fresh stack arrives before you run out mid-shift.
What is fan-fold, and why not a roll?
Fan-fold labels are stacked flat and perforated rather than wound on a core. The stack sits behind the printer and feeds through the rear slot, so labels come out flat instead of curled, easier to peel, easier to scan, and no roll holder to buy. The printer in this kit accepts both, so you can switch to rolls later if you prefer.
How is this different from the Starter or Standard bundle?
ShipStation in a Box is the complete entry setup, shipped as one branded retail box; the fastest, lowest-cost way to go from nothing to printing. The Standard Bundle steps up to the Zebra ZD220 with a larger 2,000-label supply for higher daily volume, and the Premium Bundle adds a 400 lb wireless scale and a barcode scanner for warehouse operations. Start here; step up when your volume tells you to.
Can I set up a recurring subscription so I never run out?
Yes, toggle Subscribe & save in the buy box to lock in a 10% discount and choose your delivery cadence (30, 60, 90, or 120 days). Powered by Recharge, so you can skip, swap, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. For most warehouses shipping ~800 packages/month, every 60 days on the 2,000-pack is the sweet spot.
